The $395 transaction fee
Raven charges a $395 transaction fee on each buyer side and each listing side we handle. It's paid at closing and shown on your closing statement.

- Raven's transaction management and compliance review on your file.
- When it's charged
- On each purchase or sale that closes. If you buy and sell with Raven, it applies to each.
- When it's not charged
- Leases.
- When you'll hear about it
- At your first meeting, in your buyer or listing agreement, and on your purchase agreement.

Agent compensation
What your agent is paid is set in your written buyer or listing agreement. It's negotiable, and it's agreed before any work starts.
Other closing costs
Title, recording, lender and transfer-tax costs are set by third parties and the State of Michigan, not by Raven. Your agent will walk you through an estimate. How transfer tax works.
